On the outskirts of the Adirondacks in Steuben County, NY, Joshua D. Wilcox accelerated his motorcycle heading north. The Pennsylvania native was thirty minutes south of the Pennsylvania border on River Road, cutting through the farms and fields of Lindley, NY, a town of just 1,900 people.
